ATV has been a long time vendor (…15+ yrs – boiler/plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc), so I decided to train him as our Property Manager a few years ago. Let’s face it, we need a great Property Manager more than they need us, so we need to work harder at developing this relationship even though we are the client – we are volunteers for a property that we do not own.

-My rec is to NOT let the UGs peform the exterior maintenance. While you might get 1 kid that will do a great job, your brand and the University/City demand a brand consistency that the UGs canot provide. Spend the $$$ and secure the conistent look that you want while maintaining your brand to all audiences.
