UPDATED! See progress pictures of the BX HERE!
The executive board, with input from numerous alumni and undergraduate brothers, has been working on the next phase of the rehabilitation of the chapter house scheduled for this summer: the 2.5 bathroom (located between the second floor and the third floor entrance to the dorm area). It was last remodeled in the 1980s and is in need for improvement. Our primary goals for the bathroom rehabilitations are increased privacy and functionality for the undergraduate brothers as well as aesthetically pleasing designs that echo the rich history of the rest of the chapter house.
The 2.5 was chosen due since it serves the majority of the chapter house and used by guests during social events (which take place in the dorm area). As with our other rehab projects, the goal is to help with recruitment and keeping the house full, which will then enable us to raise the funds to do the BX bathroom in the near future.
